Der Gemeinnützige Verein zur Förderung der Suchmaschinen-Technologie und des freien Wissenszugangs (SuMa e.V.) veranstaltet auch dieses Jahr wieder einen Kongress mit interessanten Beiträgen zum Thema Suchmaschinen. Auf dem Programm stehen unter anderem ein Vortrag zu Entwicklungen in der Semantischen Suche, kritische Anmerkungen zu Googles PageRank und ein Vortrag zum Datenschutz bei Suchmaschinen. Der Kongress findet am 20. September 2007 in Berlin statt, wegen der begrenzten Platzkapazitäten sollte man sich aber möglichst bald anmelden. Weitere Informationen dazu gibt es hier.
